Visit to Peterborough LAMs 2018
On the 23 May 2018, a group of Northampton LAMs Members visited Peterborough LAMs for lunch. We were warmly welcomed by all of the Peterborough Members and their Chairman, Jenny Dunk. Lunch was served in their very pretty dining room and, as always, the food was superb.
Despite a few problems, the Speaker was sadly unable to attend due to personal reasons and one of our Members was taken ill, we thoroughly enjoyed the occasion. One of the Peterborough Members stepped into the breach and entertained us royally.
On behalf of our Members, Lynne Clayton thanked everyone for their hospitality and continued friendship.
We look forward to seeing them all again in the near future at Sheaf Close.
