You can apply (or re-apply) for full membership of Northampton LAMs in two ways.

Alternatively, you can apply for membership directly via email by providing us with the relevant information, detailed below.

  • Forename
  • Address Details
  • Postcode
  • Telephone Number
  • Email Address
  • Status (eg Married/Widow/Partner/Sister)
  • Lodge Member Name (eg Husband's name)
  • Lodge Name
  • Lodge Number (where known)
  • Birth Month (optional)
  • Date of Application

Please confirm either of each of the following:

  • I   DO  /   DO NOT   give my consent that my Birth Month may be shared within the membership in a celebratory context.
  • I   DO   /  DO NOT   give my consent that my image may be made public via the Northampton LAMs Website or the Provincial Website.
  • I   D O  /  DO NOT   give my consent that my image may be shown in the published Newsletter.

If your application is successful, you will required to make a payment for your annual subscription.  

The annual subscription fee is currently £20.00.

Subscription payments may be made by cash, cheque, or bank transfer.  Payments by cheque should be made payable to ‘Lady Associate Members’.
